Surestaff is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to support day-to-day operations in an onsite warehouse environment in Bensenville, IL. You will recruit, interview, and place candidates for light industrial roles while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• 2+ years in staffing or recruiting with onsite experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a sales aptitude.
• Intermediate computer skills: Outlook, social media, Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime and travel one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to client customers, associates, and applicants.
• Develop complete job descriptions for client openings and sell applicants on the position.
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.
• Provide new hires with onboarding documents and payroll forms.
• Maintain accurate employee files per federal requirements.
• Conduct background checks and drug screens as needed.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations for first-day prep.
• Follow up with associates to ensure assignments progress.
• Maintain communication with client to fill positions timely and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend meetings onsite for new clients and visit existing clients to build partnerships.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to work with us in an onsite warehouse environment in Bensenville, IL. The Bilingual Onsite Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the client's facility including recruiting new applicants, interviewing and placing candidates on work assignments.

Available Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday working 4 days in Bensenville and 1 day in Bolingbrook Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Onsite Coordinator:

• -Provide exceptional customer service to client customers, current associates, and applicants at all times.
• -Develop complete job descriptions for client openings and sell applicants on the position.
• -Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clients within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.
• -Provide new hires with complete new hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms.
• -Ensure accurate employee files are kept according to federal requirements.
• -Conduct background checks and drug screens on new hires as needed.
• -Conduct New Hire Orientations to ensure that candidates are properly prepped and briefed for their first day of work.
• -Follow-up routinely with existing associates to make sure their assignments are going as expected.
• -Maintain constant communication with customer clients to ensure positions are filled timely and customer is satisfied with the placements.
• -Attend meetings onsite for potential new clients, conduct safety tours of the customer facility, and visit existing clients regularly to build and maintain partnership.

Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Onsite Coordinator:

• -Bilingual Spanish and English is required.
• -2+ years’ experience in a staffing or recruiting role with onsite experience preferred
• -Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• -Demonstrate a sales aptitude
• -Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
• -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• -Able to work overtime as needed including weeknights, weekends, and early mornings.
• -Willing to travel for work one day out of the week
