Ingram Micro Inc is seeking an onboarding coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for reseller onboarding, guiding new and existing partners through account setup and initial inquiries.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, at least one year in customer service or administrative support, and strong proficiency with MS Office to manage data and documentation across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking required (reading and writing).
• Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding opening account process for resellers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Handle initial customer emails and calls, answer questions about products and services.
• Support customers through onboarding from request to account setup.
• Research customer inquiries in internal systems; maintain records and docs.
