Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for our Brooklyn-based, in-person role. You will register and onboard Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, guiding applicants through the process and connecting them with training programs when applicable.

Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, collecting documents, ensuring compliance, and coordinating onboarding communications. Strong organization and customer-service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of Home Health Care field is a plus.
• Prior call center experience is a plus.
• Bilingual-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and onboard all employment applications and collect necessary documents.
• Interview applicants and review qualifications with applicants.
• Assist applicants through onboarding in person, by phone, email, and text.
• Maintain thorough communication and detailed notes throughout onboarding.
• Verify compliance items such as certificates and references.
• Schedule and track onboarding and training/orientation classes.
