Job summary

Personal Touch Home Care is hiring a Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator for our Brooklyn/Bronx area. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of our Brooklyn location.

The position handles registration, document collection, and onboarding for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, including guiding applicants through the process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and can manage a high volume of interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Prior call center experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register and onboard all employment applications and collect necessary documents.
• Interview prospective applicants and review qualifications with applicants.
• Guide applicants through the onboarding process in person, by phone, email and text.
• Maintain clear communication and notes throughout onboarding with applicants.
• Verify certificates, references, and other compliance items.
• Ensure onboarding documents are uploaded accurately into the system.
• Schedule and manage training/orientation classes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for a smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to management.
• Adhere to documented procedures and professional conduct.
