Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Account Manager to oversee key client accounts, lead recruitment efforts, and provide exceptional on-site supervision for our workforce. Bilingual skills are a major plus!This is not a traditional desk job. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our clients and our employees, ensuring smooth daily operations, high retention, and top-tier service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; build strong partnerships, understand their staffing needs, and ensure complete satisfaction.On-Site Supervision: Spend time on-site at client locations to oversee field employees, manage check-ins, address employee relations issues, and monitor performance and safety compliance.Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into open positions to meet client workforce demands.Workforce Retention: Conduct orientations, manage employee schedules, resolve conflicts, and implement strategies to keep turnover low.Reporting & Compliance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, headcount, and turnover, and maintain accurate candidate and client records in our systems.Qualifications & RequirementsRecruiting Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in staffing recruitment.Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or on-site management role.Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong plus!Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.Communication: Outstanding relationship-building skills with both corporate clients and a diverse workforce.Attributes: High adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
