Job summary

ForwardX Robotics is seeking an on-site deployment lead to plan, implement, and optimize AMR solutions at client facilities. You will coordinate hardware, software, and network setups, while managing expectations across customer stakeholders and ensuring smooth go-lives.

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, delivering training materials, documenting activities, and driving continuous improvement post-implementation to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience leading on-site robotics deployments and related project plans.
• Ability to manage customer-side stakeholder relationships across pre-, during, and post-implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and communication of detailed project plans for on-site robotics deployments, including hardware, software, and network plans.
• Manage customer-side stakeholder relationships before, during, and after on-site implementation through close communication and expectation management.
• Lead on-site implementation from environmental and network set-up to robot hardware and software set-up through executing structured plans and overcoming challenges.
• Lead on-site solution optimization after go-live to meet and exceed SLAs via established protocols and trial-and-error methods.
• Contribute to, localize, and deliver detailed training programs, including documentation, for relevant on-site stakeholders.
• Document, analyze, and communicate detailed logs of on-site implementation activities for continuous improvement.
