Job summary

Figure is seeking a Site Lead to manage robot deployments and on-site operations at customer sites in Fontana or Riverside, CA. The role requires coordinating with California-based teams to ensure successful deployment, testing, service, and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hardware deployments or technical program management, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying hardware at customer sites or in industrial settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong judgment, team leadership, and execution under pressure.
• Experience managing several employees.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deploy humanoid robots on the customer’s site.
• Oversee daily onsite production operations.
• Provide onsite fleet service and maintenance.
• Lead onsite teams, hiring and development.
• Provide input on new product features and engineering feedback onsite.
