Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Robotics Implementation Lead to plan, direct, and optimize robotic cleaning deployments across customer sites. You will own end-to-end implementation strategy, evaluate operational impact, and ensure adoption aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of robotics implementation experience in janitorial/building maintenance or related service industries.
• Experience training and supporting multilingual teams is a plus.
• Experience with emerging technologies, particularly robotic cleaning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote and in-person training for field teams to drive adoption of robotics solutions.
• Assess sites and determine deployment approaches based on readiness and impact.
• Drive initial robot deployments including mapping, validation and optimization.
• Lead onsite deployment activities and act as primary decision-maker during implementation issues.
• Provide SME guidance on deployment, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Analyze robot performance data and identify actionable improvements.
• Document performance metrics and synthesize findings for leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to support deployment success.
• Collaborate with Robotics Implementation Director on field insights and process improvements.
