Bilingual On-Site Recruiter
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Hours: (6 AM-Finish)
Pay Rate: $20/HR

We are seeking an Bilingual On-site Recruiter to join our team! You will be recruiting new hires to retain existing hires.
Job Description
- On-site recruiters coordinate our temporary employees at a corporate client location.
- Assist the On-Site with scheduling, hiring process & onboarding.
- Communicate with the leadership team to ensure our temporary employees are being disbursed to the departments with staffing needs.
- Will be posting on social media and responding to potential candidates.
- Evaluate staffing strategies and plans to ensure our client’s needs are being met.
- They act as the central contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings.
- Communicate closely with the Account Manager to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of service.
- You will be provided with all the tools and resources, Company software, different social media platforms, technology, and more to be successful in your day-to-day recruiting responsibilities.
- You will be conducting phone interviews, in person interviews with candidates throughout the day.
- You will be adopting and adhering to all of XL Pro's company policies when conducting interviews, applicant screening, drug tests, and background checks, helping and verifying applicants at all times filling I-9s per federal guidelines, and at the same time being a great team player with rest of your colleagues and teammates.
- Collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
- Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- You'll be reaching out to different communities such as veterans groups, colleges, nonprofits, etc to procure the best candidates for the available positions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works onsite at the customer's facility.
- Managing temporary associates.
- Reports Daily Attendance.
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
- Ability to understand customer's processes and effectively recruit candidates.
- On-board and introduce new employees to the client.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, and safety programs.
- Provide management with requested reports and documents.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
- Accurately maintain employee files.
- Develops and maintains solid working relationships with individual departments and managers of the client by walking the floor daily to conduct and analyze staffing trends.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- Detailed Oriented.
- MUST BE MOBILE.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Must be flexible with schedule.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred.
- Experience with recruitment databases, candidate sourcing tools, job sites, and LinkedIn promotion tactics.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
