A leading talent management firm is seeking a part-time recruiter and business developer. This role emphasizes autonomy and flexibility while handling full-cycle recruitment and business development activities, with a strong focus on relationship-building and performance metrics. You'll have the chance to work remotely and make a significant impact within small businesses and governmental contractors.
Location: Remote (FL, IN) with occasional in-person events
Hours: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week, flexible)
Compensation: $20 per hour base + uncapped commission
Type: 1099 Contractor / Freelance
