NCW is currently seeking a Lead Generation Recruiter to support our Shared Recruiting Unit. For the right candidate, this position presents a lively work environment with unique opportunities to directly impact a growing organization. This Lead Generation Recruiter will focus on sourcing potential candidates and following up with leads to assess their interest and qualifications before passing them on to a recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn about the recruitment process and contribute to the success of multiple direct hire verticals within our firm.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards (Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), CRM, and networking
+ Reach out to leads via email, phone, or social media to gauge their interest in job opportunities and gather preliminary information about their skills and experience
+ Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, fit for specific roles, and overall interest in opportunities
+ Pass qualified leads to recruiters for further evaluation and interview processes, ensuring seamless communication about candidate status and needs
+ Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to keep them engaged and informed about potential opportunities and the recruitment process
+ Review and follow up with candidates who apply directly through the company website, determining their fit for open positions based on their resumes and initial screenings
+ Reconnect with candidates previously placed in roles who are no longer working to assess their current status, interests, and opportunities for re-engagement
+ Accurately document all candidate interactions and update CRM to keep teams informed on the status of lead
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
+ Strong desire to develop a career in recruitment
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a shared recruiting unit and contribute positively to team dynamics
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English
