Job summary

Abacus Staffing in the Orlando metro area seeks an On-Site Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support workforce operations across multiple client locations. This role requires traveling between 2-3 sites, including Apopka, Northwest Orlando, and East Orlando.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs.
• Conduct employee check-ins and support scheduling and attendance issues.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications.
• Create and maintain reports using Excel and other Office apps.
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed.
• Travel between multiple work sites in the Orlando area.
