Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in staffing, workforce management, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites (2–3 locations).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs
• Conduct employee check-ins and support scheduling and attendance issues
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office apps
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed
• Travel between multiple work sites throughout the Orlando area
