Qualifications

2+ years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer service.
Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with MS Office and recruiting platforms.
High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, warehouse, clerical, and professional positions.
Conduct candidate onboarding and new hire orientations.
Maintain regular communication with employees and clients regarding staffing needs.
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
Manage attendance tracking, employee relations, and workforce support.
Maintain accurate records within the ATS.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Partner with clients to ensure staffing goals and service expectations are met.
Support job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts.
