Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to travel between branch and client location.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working relationship with the client's management team.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders to recruit temporary resources.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel, temporary associates, and company staff.
• Meet with client supervisory personnel to confirm satisfaction with performance.
• Walk the floor, monitor production needs, and address safety issues.
• Complete injury reports and assist injured workers per policy.
• Monitor turnover and develop strategies to reduce it.
