Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Specialist to support client On-Site programs, coach associates, and ensure performance goals are met. The role requires coordinating with client management and temporary staff to maintain high service levels.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with customer service experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Travel between client sites and evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with the client’s management team.
• Recruit and match temporary resources to client needs.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel, associates, and company staff.
• Meet with client supervisors to ensure satisfaction with performance.
• Coordinate safety, policies, and client expectations on site.
• Assist with assigning associates who meet skill and ability standards.
• Monitor associate availability and conduct new hire orientations.
• Respond promptly to concerns and implement solutions.
