Job summary

Napa County is seeking to fill a full-time Office Assistant II to join the Self Sufficiency Services Division of the Health and Human Services Agency. The position requires bilingual Spanish abilities and will perform general clerical duties, respond to public inquiries, and prepare a variety of documents.

The incumbent may also work as a Call Agent, providing information by phone and directing customers to appropriate resources. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of directly related general clerical experience.
• Completion of the twelfth grade, including clerical training.
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties and provide administrative support to the Self Sufficiency Services Division.
• Respond to questions from the public and process a variety of documents, reports and records.
