Job summary

Roots Management Group in Mebane, NC is seeking a full-time team member to assist with day-to-day operations of a mobile home community. You will support occupancy growth, on-site sales, and resident services in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has some experience in multi-family property management or office settings, is proficient with Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent tenant service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or office environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with growing and maintaining occupancy and on-site home sales.
  • Manage resident documentation and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain resident ledgers and update management system.
  • Assist in collecting monthly rent and posting payments.
  • Help enforce community rules and maintain safety.
  • Ensure the property appears safe, neat, and welcoming.
  • Provide daily resident service via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Show homes and provide standard information on available units.
  • Support daily inspections of homes/homesites.

Roots Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities and RV resorts throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to assist with the day-to-day operations of a mobile home community.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with growing and maintaining community occupancy and on-site home sales
  • Helping manage all required resident documentation and confidentiality
  • Maintaining resident ledgers and keeping the management system up to date
  • Assisting in collecting monthly rent and/or fees, and posting payments
  • Helping enforce community rules and maintain community safety
  • Helping ensure the appearance of the property is safe, neat, and welcoming
  • Daily resident service – including answering phones/emails and supporting walk ins
  • Helping show homes to potential residents and provide standard information on all available units
  • Helping conduct or schedule daily physical inspections of homes/homesites
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned by management

The ideal candidate has some experience in multi-family property management or an office environment of sorts, is proficient in basic Microsoft applications, is detail-oriented and provides excellent customer service to tenants.
