Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) 2nd Shift Night Manager for the South West Los Angeles area. The role involves visiting client locations, coordinating janitorial and facility services, and ensuring high-quality service after-hours.

The position is part-time (20-25 hours/week) with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 9pm–2:30am, based in Southern California. Must have reliable transportation and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in commercial janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contractors, in-house teams, and clients using bilingual communication.
• Communicate client priorities and work with contractors to resolve service issues quickly.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and review scopes of work to ensure City Wide quality standards.
• Provide hands-on coaching and support in the field to drive performance improvements.
