Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an energetic Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2nd Shift Night Manager to join our South West Los Angeles team. This part-time role involves visiting client locations, coordinating with Independent Contractors, and ensuring high-quality service.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 9pm–2:30am, with expected 20–25 hours per week and potential to go full-time. Pay range is $27–$29 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in janitorial, facilities, hospitality, property management, or related service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs), in-house teams, and clients using bilingual communication.
• Communicate client priorities and work with contractors to resolve service issues.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and review scopes of work to ensure quality standards.
• Provide coaching and support in the field and handle challenges as they arise.
• Communicate daily with the Facility Solutions Manager regarding client needs and issues requiring immediate attention.
• Manage customer requests and complaints professionally and work toward timely solutions.
• Help oversee the launch of new client accounts and ensure contractors understand service expectations.
• Make recommendations regarding contractor work assignments and terminations as needed.
