Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Night Manager for the 2nd shift in the South West Los Angeles area. This part-time role involves coordinating janitorial and facility services, visiting client locations, and guiding independent contractors to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment with occasional overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in commercial janitorial, facilities, hospitality, property management, or related service industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ICs, in-house teams, and clients using English/Spanish communication.
• Communicate client priorities and resolve service issues with contractors.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and review scopes of work to meet City Wide standards.
• Provide coaching and support to contractors in the field.
• Maintain nightly recap if needed and coordinate with the Facility Solutions Manager.
