CCS CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations in multiple sites. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

You will manage field crews, provide training, perform site visits, and coordinate with branch managers. Benefits include a company-provided vehicle and gas, cell phone, and overall company benefits.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-field cleaning crews.
• Hands-on training for staff and crews.
• Multiple site visits per night in company-provided vehicle.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
• Work closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and projects are completed.
• Observe facility and company safety rules; perform other tasks and administrative duties.
