Job summary

Central Automotive Group is seeking New Car Sales Professionals in Houston to join a team of driven sales associates. You will greet customers, present vehicles and explain features and warranties, and assist with the financing process to close sales.

The role emphasizes customer service, lead generation, and collaboration with the finance department. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and relevant sales licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Houston Sales License available at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.
• Answer customer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine financing and ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles.
• Generate new business leads.
• Additional duties as needed to support the sale of vehicles and activities of the sales team.
