Job summary

The Chinatown YMCA unit of the YMCA of Greater New York seeks a New Americans Initiative (NAI) Coordinator to support strategy, implementation, fidelity, and quality of programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English or Mandarin/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management and referrals per program standards.
• Assist with recruitment, registration, and orientation; support outreach.
• Maintain case files and data entry across government and internal systems.
• Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and interns, ensuring clear roles.
