Job summary

Advanced Asset Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager to run a multifamily community in Sherman, TX. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations while leading a onsite team to achieve occupancy and financial targets.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi/RealPage. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with attention to Fair Housing compliance and budget management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with leasing, occupancy, collections, resident relations, and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, sales, financial management, and communication skills.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor onsite team to meet performance and service standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
• Monitor income, collections, delinquencies, expenses, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors for work orders, turn, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate property records and compliance with policies.
