Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Calls customers about early delinquency account statuses.
• Works with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company losses.
• Implements repayment plans and collects delinquent payments.
• Ensures files and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Complies with risk management, regulatory, and cybersecurity practices; supports process improvements.
