Job summary

At T-Mobile, the Mobile Associate role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
