T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) in a high-traffic retail setting to engage customers, educate them on devices and services, and demonstrate solutions. You will leverage digital tools, build rapport, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. On-the-job training is provided, with a guaranteed base and potential incentives; full-time benefits

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and uses digital tools to educate customers.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions through solution-based selling.
• Build rapport, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales activity.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
