T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates (Store-in-Store) to energize retail locations by engaging customers, educating them on products, and guiding them to solutions that fit their needs.

You will leverage digital self-serve tools, demonstrate value, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, with a passion for technology and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to educate customers.
• Experience in consultative selling and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilizes digital tools and self-serve options; identifies customer needs and sells accordingly.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes; supports onboarding and store operations.
• Builds rapport with customers, follows up, captures referrals, and manages Be Back processes.
• Oversees account setup, device support, and servicing in collaboration with store leadership.
