Job summary

You will train to deepen product knowledge and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective support.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
