Sea Mar Community Health Centers, Burien, WA, is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist (MHT). The role provides individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, and suicide risk assessment within a supportive clinical setting.

The MHT will diagnose, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with medication providers and primary care physicians, with occasional community-based meetings. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong computer skills required.

Competenze

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological assessment.
• Meets WAC requirements for Mental Health Professional; licensed or eligible for associate license.
• Experience with mental health evaluation of children and familiarity with evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.
• Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and other software.
