Transdev is seeking a Microtransit Outreach Ambassador for the WeRIDE service in the United States. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English to educate diverse communities about using the service, the mobile app, and fare options, with outreach at community centers, parks, schools, and other high-traffic locations.

Responsibilities include answering rider questions, presenting to civic groups, collaborating with city representatives, and promoting service awareness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum of two years of full-time customer service experience.
• Experience in public outreach or presenting to groups is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist riders with questions about WeRIDE, the app, fares, and trip planning.
• Respond to rider inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Attend community events and deliver presentations for civic groups and schools on behalf of the cities.
• Work with city representatives to address rider feedback and improve service.
• Distribute outreach materials to local businesses and community locations.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct in all duties.
• Test app functionality when service zones or changes are introduced.
• Participate in training on operations, technology, and software updates.
• Support city marketing campaigns and document outreach activities and feedback.
