Chrysalis Health is seeking a bilingual Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker in Florida. Earn up to $85,500 annually with generous benefits and a $2,400 orientation stipend. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Must reside within Florida and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver therapy services in the community with no required office visit; some telehealth options available.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health professionals to ensure optimal client care.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources and coordinate care.
