Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to serve diverse clients in Florida. Most sessions are in-person with some telehealth options, and a supportive supervisor guides your clinical development.

You will assess, diagnose and treat across ages, document in EMR, and collaborate with families, schools and physicians. A strong license track and mentorship await.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Must reside in Florida and bilingual English/Spanish.
• Flex hours to meet client scheduling needs across homes, schools, and community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with varied ages and diagnoses.
• Document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in the community; no office visit required.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families and staff.
• Provide individual and family therapy for psychosocial issues.
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate care.
