Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking a bilingual Master’s level mental health therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy for youth aged 2–10 in Florida. You will use CBT/MI, develop tailored treatment plans, and work with families to support wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, social work, MFT, or related field and Florida intern eligibility.
• Must reside in Florida and be flexible to provide in-home or community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based therapy to youth aged 2–10.
• Deliver evidence-based practices such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support client wellbeing.
• Maintain compliance with Chrysalis Health policies and EMR documentation.
