Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Florida seeks a bilingual (Spanish/English) Master’s level mental health therapist, counselor, or social worker. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options, offering a supportive career path with mentorship and clinical supervision.

Earn up to $85,500 yearly based on experience, certifications, and language skills; a $2,400 orientation stipend is provided. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more, plus a dedicated clinical manager and mentor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for client services and documentation.
• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Flex hours to meet client scheduling; ability to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of diverse clients aged to adulthood.
• Document screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver in-person services in the community with some telehealth options.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes and collaborate with care teams.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to clients, families, and other professionals.
