Job summary

Clinica Sierra Vista is hiring a BH Case Manager in Bakersfield to coordinate resources for clients and support mental health services under a Clinic Manager. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct home visits, maintain records, and help develop community resources while advocating for clients.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and a clean background check is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Science or Social Work)
• Experience with case management in behavioral health is a plus
• Ability to engage with diverse populations and cultures

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and services for clients.
• Assist clinicians in development and delivery of mental health services.
• Maintain case records and documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed within licensure boundaries.
• Translate sessions if qualified.
