Clinica Sierra Vista in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Therapist I-BH to provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy within the recovery framework. You will screen for treatment suitability, coordinate with the Case Manager, and maintain client records using an EHR system.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, MFT, social work or related field.
• Eligibility for CA ASW/AMFT registration and licensure plan.
• CA licensure within six years post-registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy per practice guidelines.
• Screen and diagnose mental health and co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate with Case Manager and community resources.
• Maintain accurate records and use EHR systems.
• Deliver presentations about CSV Behavioral Health programs.
• Possibility of weekend shifts (Sat 9:00–1:00).
• Possess valid CA driver's license and insurance.
