Responsibilities

• Provide mental health rehabilitation and case management services for a varying caseload.
• Facilitate rehabilitation counseling groups and develop curriculums.
• Educate clients' families on rehabilitation processes.
• Engage clients for evaluation and meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning; coordinate care with professionals.
• Provide transportation and liaison with community resources.
• Develop and implement service and treatment plans.
• Complete admissions, documentation, and billing related tasks.
