Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and pass a credit check.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume member calls in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner and meet service metrics.
• Assist members through digital channels such as phone and email and encourage use of digital services.
• Identify opportunities to offer products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Maintain member records accurately in credit union systems.
