Job summary

Uncle Credit Union Livermore, California, is seeking a part-time Digital Experience Representative I (Bilingual-Spanish). You will assist members via phone, chat, and email, and educate them on digital tools.

You'll build relationships, handle inquiries, and support transactions while meeting service and referral goals. Spanish language skills are preferred, and you will work on-site in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of banking, credit union, financial services, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building skills and strong verbal and written communication ability.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members through in-bound, phone, chat, and email interactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and service requests.
• Meet service, quality, and referral goals.
• Accurately document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding member experience.
