The role involves answering calls, providing basic account information, and performing account transactions while educating members on products and services to meet their financial goals.

With a focus on high-volume inquiries, the incumbent will complete training and certifications, maintain product knowledge, and support cross-selling goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple banking platforms and systems.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound member calls in English and Spanish and complete transactions for deposits, cards, and loans.
• Provide best-in-class member experience in all interactions.
• Assist members via chat and outbound calls.
• Research and de-escalate member questions or issues.
• Update member records and liaise between members and departments.
