Job summary

Dynata is seeking a bilingual Member Support agent for a full-time, Canada-based role. You will engage with panelists via email and chat, resolving inquiries with a customer-first approach and maintaining high service levels across channels.

The position requires English (advanced) and French (expert/native) proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Remote work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English at an advanced level.
• Must read, write and speak French fluently (expert or native).
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role with direct consumer interaction.
• Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service in online support.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with other support staff to ensure tickets are resolved satisfactorily.
• Achieve or exceed team KPI goals.
• Support team leads with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate escalations and communicate urgent issues promptly.
• Ensure fulfilment of service requirements for the role.
