Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service is required.
• Previous experience with cash handling is preferred.
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and focus in processing transactions and adhering to procedures; resolves discrepancies.
• Displays care, patience, and professionalism in every interaction to build trust.
• Adapts quickly to evolving processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates clearly and confidently; actively listens to understand member needs.
• Contributes to branch goals through teamwork and accountability.
• Demonstrates comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• Notary – State Certification within 30 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch and supporting them with courteous, professional service.
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and professional service by processing deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with precision.
• Engage members in consultative conversations to identify financial needs and provide basic guidance while submitting qualified referrals.
• Use and promote digital tools and CRM systems to complete transactions accurately and encourage self-service adoption.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals and personal development.
• Other duties as assigned.
