Responsibilities

• Assists members with deposits, withdrawals, loans, and other transactions and cross-sell products.
• Opens/closes memberships, certificates, IRAs, trusts, and related accounts; maintains confidentiality.
• Balances cash drawer and supports daily transactions; builds loyal member relationships.
• Responds to member requests and collaborates with other departments to ensure service excellence.
• Performs other duties and assists with branch opening/closing tasks.
