The YMCA of Northern Colorado in Boulder, CO is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to greet members, answer questions, give tours, and help families access Y offerings. This role is 10-15 hours per week year-round with weekend shifts and occasional weekday shifts.

The position offers a +10% opening shift differential and an additional +10% for bilingual staff fluent in Spanish and English; prior customer service or sales experience is valued, along with reliable attendance and basic

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
• Customer Service and Sales Experience.
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
• Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency).
• Intermediate computer skills required.
