Job summary

Cook Children's Health Plan seeks a Call Center Representative II to deliver accurate, prompt service to our Members and Providers in a fast-paced call center. You will respond to inquiries immediately or collaborate with team members to ensure care delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in hospital/government programs or a call center, and bilingual English/Spanish with a Spanish test. Hybrid schedule in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience working with hospital and/or Government sponsored Programs or Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
• 2 years' experience working in a Call Center Environment or Medical setting.
• Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish and Medical/insurance terminology. Must pass Spanish test prior to hire.
• Excellent verbal, communication, and grammatical skills. Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service to Members and Providers in a fast-paced call center.
• Respond to inquiries immediately or collaborate with team members involved in care delivery.
• Utilize MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer to manage information and tasks.
