Cook Children’s Health Plan in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Call Center Rep II to deliver accurate, prompt service to members and providers. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and experience in medical/insurance terminology within a fast-paced call center.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, collaborating with team members as needed, and maintaining proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer. The position is hybrid with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience with hospital/government programs or any Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
• 2 years' experience in a Call Center Environment or Medical setting.
• Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish with medical/insurance terminology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Must pass Spanish test prior to hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service to Health Plan Members and Providers in a fast-paced call center.
• Respond to inquiries immediately or collaborate with CCHP team members to resolve issues.
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Ensure effective communication and handle priorities within set timeframes.
