Job summary

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Member Services professional to deliver accurate, prompt service to Health Plan Members and Providers in a busy call center environment.

Required are a High School Diploma, 2 years in hospital/government programs or a medical setting, and bilingual English/Spanish with medical terminology proficiency. You will collaborate with care teams to resolve inquiries and ensure timely support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years' experience with hospital/government programs or CBOs.
• 2 years' experience in a call center environment or medical setting.
• Fluent bilingual in English/Spanish with medical/insurance terminology.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; must pass Spanish test prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service to Cook Children's Health Plan Members and Providers in a fast-paced call center.
• Respond to inquiries immediately and directly when possible or collaborate with team members to deliver care.
• Support delivery of care to Members and Providers.
