Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to register or qualify to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and maintain annual registration.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate loan applications and review loan files for completeness.
• Maintain contact with members to ensure loan process steps are completed.
• Explain credit union products and services; assist with opening/closing shares, accounts, and related services.
• Assist with complex accounts and transactions as needed.
• Promote ancillary products and educate members on options.
• Assist members with loan payments, withdrawals, and transfers; balance daily work and document processes.
• Support members with fraud disputes and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist members with remote access and support branch audits as needed.
